গণগ্রন্থাগারটি খোলা থাকে প্রতি শনিবার থেকে বুধবার সকাল ৯টা থেকে বিকেল ৫টা পর্যন্ত এবং গণগ্রন্থাগারটি বন্ধ থাকে প্রতি বৃহস্পতিবার ও শুক্রবারসহ সরকার ঘোষিত অন্যান্য সরকারি ছুটির দিনসমূহে।
